I already have a checker prepared for this challenge, which includes all the regions of Spain and Portugal of the Iberian Peninsula (except for the regions of these countries in islands and regions in Africa). It works perfectly, but by my mistake it is incomplete, since Andorra and Gibraltar are also on the Iberian Peninsula.

Is there any possibility of including Andorra and Gibraltar in the checker? By mistake I forgot to include these two states that also belong to the Iberian Peninsula, and the reviewers require it to be able to publish the challenge.

How do I count Andorra because it has 7 regions.
Is it counted as 1 country or is it counted as 7 regions

Gibraltar has no regions so it is just counted as 1

Andorra would count as only 1, and Gibraltar as well, both being very small

Because of the combination country and regions I had to switch to a different script which gives 1 point for each Spanish and Portuguese regions and 1 point for Andorra or Gibraltar.
