In Flanders, Belgium, a team of geocachers created a powertrail along a 'highway' for bikes. We called it 'cache-o-strade'. It runs from the Hollandish border nearly to Brussels. It was my idea and intitative, but there is a different co for every zip code where it runs through.
Initially there were more than 150 caches. I'd like to create a challenge for those who found at least 100. Is it possible to create a checker for having found 100 caches entitled 'cache-o-strade' or more?

The name has changed in: CHALLENGE: 100 X powertrail in Antwerpen
The idea is of having logged 100 caches with the icon 'powertrail' in the province of Antwerp. Can you make that for me please?

You can not use the cache title as a challenge criteria.
