Hi - I need a checker for a new challenge cache:

The challenge:

Find 25 caches with the "In private yard (with permission)" attribute
Find 25 caches with the "significant hike" attribute

They do not have to be the same cache.

The cache does not need both attributes, but the cache must 25 of both kinds.
