i look for a solution.
I need a checker for a challenge GC6XX0D Roadtrip Challenge

The goal is to have found in 12 or more contiguous states of Europa a physical cache.
Counting just only: Tradi, Multi, Mystery, Letterbox, Wherigo.
No events, virtuals, webcam, lab- and earthcaches.

I don't think one exist
I have one similar for connected states by the counties inside them

I have planed for a long time to code one for only states for a challenge for me but i don't have time before the holidays to do any coding.
I suspect you challenge is for the US. Else connection data for the country has to be generated.
Data only exist for Sweden and US but can be quite easy generated.

If any one else is interested in doing that feel free to use my code. It uses the undocumented map output.
There alos exist a PGC_GetSimplifiedRegionPolygons that gives the region border instead of the county borders

Hierbei muss man in mindestens 12 aneinander grenzenden europäischen Staaten einen Cache gefunden haben. Es sollen aber nur Tradis, Multis, Mystys, Wherigos und Letterboxen zählen.

Thre are some questions I have
1. Sweden : Is this connected to Denmark (bridge)
2. United Kingdom : Is this connected to France (tunnel)

or are we going to allow ferry connections so Ireland is connected to UK, France and the Isle of Man

3. Are countries those which are shown at geocaching.com

Okay here my answers,

at 1. and 2.
no bridge, no tunnel, no ferry, no balticsea, no northsea, no mediterranien sea
at 3.
only landborderline is allowed

So Finland, Sweden and Norway are only connected via Russia which is sad for the cachers which like those countries

By states do you mean countries or do the German states (Bavaria, Hesse,...), Swiss cantons, and English districts count as states?

Cacher from the scandinavien countries come not often to Stralsund were the cache will placed.

Yes but cachers from the area where the cache is placed might like to spend there holidays in Scandinavia

The map is vestigial as I am having trouble getting the polygon data for the countries. The other checkers use undocumented calls.
