Getting partway through tagging a script (ran out of space for the tag, so might need to alter some criteria if there was to be further work), it seems you're well short of most of these criteria. The advice we've had from reviewers is that a CO must meet all criteria, even if not all are required for a user to claim the challenge.

this is going to be a series of caches that will need challenges, i don't qualify for this one, and won't own it, but i do qualify for, and will own the rest. Im just building the page so it matches the others... and i wanted to get this one built first before i bombarded you guys with the checkers for the other ones.

checker works great, however i wonder, if its not too much trouble, can we add "community celebration events" to the generic events 100 please?

I've added "Lost and Found Event Cache", which is what the Community Celebration Events show up as in the checker system.
