rocks twist seems to have an issue with Lochem because their only found there is on a cache that is excluded in the checker GCHP98. I didn't find any other cases for the excluded caches, there are more travelling caches with Netherlands as the country that are not excluded on the checker tho and some of them might cause more issues for these users if they would be excluded in the checker because they might be their only find in their county. I can't read the cachepage but I would suggest you as the CO clarifies which traveling caches are excluded and why.

@jqmons Out of curiosity, how come for example https://coord.info/GCGH82 is not excluded? To me it seems clear that this is also a traveling cache but there might be something lost in translation there..

No you are correct, it's was travelling cache as per the note van HQ. Problem is other than the hitchhikers they are not labeled as such. GCGH82 was not in the list suggested by vogelbird when creating the checker. @vogelbird can you add it?
