[Resolved] Checker needed for GC9NZ90

This checker has two requirements a) at least 200 finds of "dogs allowed" attribute, and b) at least 50 finds of any kind in Vermont.

This checker needs revision. It appears to show all dogs allowed attributes generally and then all of said attributes in Vermont. The second qualification should be 50 finds of any kind in VT. Whether they have the attribute is irrelevant in VT finds. Thank you.
