Hi there!
I would love some help creating a checker for GC9THZC!

The Challenge Requirements are:

A minimum of 40+ cache finds that meet all of the below:

- Difficulty 4.0 or higher
- Have the "Special Tool Required" attribute
- Have the "No Tree Climbing" attribute
