This is a Challenge cache and it is at the posted co-ordinates. In order to claim this cache you must have found 15 caches of any type in 10 regions. This can include U.S. states and Canadian provinces

Please clarify because the heading is "GCA0WKV Challenge cache 10 caches in 15 states" and your description is '15 caches of any type in 10 regions."
