Re: GC3HECP Everyday Alabama Challenge - February

Need a checker for:
Find a cache that was PLACED on EVERYDAY of FEBRUARY in ALABAMA only. Of course, any year is ok. Current guidelines exempt FEB 29. according to my reviewer. I have that covered in my description page if you cannot build that exemption in the code.

NOTE: This request for July (GCa8qxx) was completed yesterday.. might be a help. Also, plan on bringing my other 9 months up to date with this checker.
