this one is pretty unique request, which sounds simple, but I can't think of any checker to apply .. from top of my head.
Please, help me to create it.

Description:
EU Challenge - "color 5 countries" - find at least one cache in all regions of 5 EU countries - of your choice.

Condition:
As described above - cacher needs to find at least 1 cache in each region of at least 5 countries.
He can choose any country to the pool of 5, but these countries must be those in European Union.

Hi Hügh, this is interesting script - but outcome is not as expected.
It seems to require find in each county of each region to be qualified as success.
For example - Rikitan should qualify for Austria. Thank you.

Hügh has used the wrong level setting. This has to be country level.

Oops, I set it up wrong. Thank you vogelbird for the correction. It should be good now.
