Could someone please make this challenge

This is a Challenge cache, the cache is at the coordinates. To qualify for this challenge, you must have attended an event in all of Michigans Upper Peninsula counties. These events can Megas, regular events, CCE, CITOS or Block Parties.

You are looking for a bison tube in the sign.

Please include a screen shot of your total finds in your log. If you do not qualify, you may sign the log then claim it online when you do qualify. The difficulty rating is based on the amount and types of caches you have found. The actual cache is a 2/2
