[Resolved] Jasmer over any 15 years (consecutive months)

Hello,
I received a request for checker, it's Jasmer variation & I struggle do make a tag for it, using existing scripts.
But maybe someone can help straight away, so:

GC code: GCB1CQ1
Requirement:
Find at least 1 cache (loop = 1) with hidden / placed date months over at least 15 full years (January - December, 15 consecutive years = 180 consecutive placed months). It can be between 2003 - 2017, or 2005 - 2019, or 2010 - 2024 - does not matter. Must be 15 full years without break.
