Hi, would it be possible to get a checker for GCB0WEY?

The challenge would be to find 100 non-traditionals with the Waders Required attribute. Of those 100 non-traditionals, they need to be in 10 different states and 5 different cache types (traditionals are excluded from this second set of criteria as well).
