I wrote a new checker script forked off Rikita's Generic County Checker script.
Script Id is 10507.
What I added was a tag minTypes (if given, otherwise 1) from the tag of different cache types on the same county (I was requested this for a challenge of only one county so if more counties are listed the requirement is checked for all the caches the cacher has found in the required counties ie not as a requirement for _each_ county).
