I will update the polygon data for Finland today. The only difference is that Pertunmaa has been removed. It's now a part of Mäntyharju.

But if I understand the challenge correctly it won't really be affected since it's a white-list of counties. It's just one less. But the merged one is included, so it's still the same area.
