During today and tomorrow I will update the polygon data for USA to whatever was in OpenStreetMap in the beginning of December. There should be zero changes in names and such, just minor border changes. For the name changes that has been applied in OSM I renamed them back to what Project-GC already has, to avoid disrupting and scripts/tags.
The process to import the polygon data is ~4 hours. Then after that every geocache in USA will have to have its location recalculated, which probably is another 5-20 hours.
