Can CO see who passes and who fails GC checker?

There is a concern among some COs that people claiming they qualify for challenges, and have used Project-GC, in fact have not. It is thought that it is possible to forge a result. There are people who will not post results, except in email or messaging. There is no way that I know of to know if those results have been edited.

Is it possible for the CO to see who has passed or failed the checker?

Is there another way for the CO to have the results verified?

The CO could simply run the checker for the relevant user and check if they get a pass?
