I spotted a scriot for 365 calendar of an attribute but no published caches using it. Is there any issue with such a challenge or maybe folks are having trouble qualifying themselves?

I don’t believe there should be a problem - I dont know which script you are using, but I think the best would be:

Some attribute calendars have already been published using this script. If you are unsure, you can always check with your local reviewer.

I know of multiple cases of challenges of "Full calendar with a specific attribute" that have been denied by HQ on appeals...

I stumbled on this script first. The title of your link talks about trackables and I had forgotten about using filter to get attributes.
