missing challenge (and checker)

last year I pasted a screenshot of the results of a challenge checker, but did not note the GC code of the challenge itself.
Since several months I cannot find the challenge/cache on the internet anymore. I believe it was/is a dutch cache.

To complete the challenge you need to find 8 different types of cache (ex. adventure labs) in each month of the year.

can anyone please help me to find this particular cache/challenge within geocaching.com?

The only cache with 12 months/ 8 types is GC8RNRT - CHALLENGE 12 / 8 in Sweden

The cache is GC81J5J - Mijn favoriete planner challenge (Netherlands)
