checker not finding a particular user

When doing followup testing on https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9MAB6/65523 I ran it against many local cachers, a few of them did not show up when I tried to check whether they qualified. An example is HenriettaHeroes. Any idea why they would not show up? Their stats seem to be public.

It's because they've opted to not share their data with third parties by checking the box that says "Do not share my personal information with Authorized Developer applications." in their profile at Geocaching.com, more info about this can be found here: https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=27&pgid=920
