Adjust Checker GC9QQ01

I have a question about checker https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9QQ01/69438

Is it still possible to adjust the checker again? (The cache is not published yet)

I forgot to list webcam caches in the caches that are not allowed in the requirements.

The (new) requirements for the challenge are

- Cache found/events attended in at least 15 different countries
- 5 of the 15 need to be events attended in at least 5 different countries
- Excluded are Earthcaches, Virtuals, Locationless Caches, Webcam-Geocaches and Adventure Lab
