[Cancelled] Is there a generic checker for caches within a boundary?

[Cancelled] Is there a generic checker for caches within a boundary?

I'm thinking of creating a challenge cache for finds within Catalina State Park near Tucson, AZ. Is there generic code I could use to check within a boundary. The park has generally straight sides and it would take about 25-30 Lat-Long points to define. It might be a number challenge, say 100 caches found or hidden, but I might also include a requirement for also logging one of each kind of cache in the park - traditional, mystery, multi, earthcache, say.

Any comments on this idea would be appreciated.
