[Cancelled] GC88VY3 Checker request Distance to published coords

Hi,
I would like to request a new challenge checker for geocache GC88VY3. I am aware that home coordinates are not allowed to be used, so I want to create a challenge based on the published coords of GC88VY3 and the histogram classes as indicated below:
- at minimum one cache found less than 1 km away from GC88VY3 coordinates and
- at minimum one cache found at least 1 km but less than 10 km from GC88VY3 coordinates and
- at minimum one cache found at least 10 km but less than 25 km from GC88VY3 coordinates and
- at minimum one cache found at least 25 km but less than 50 km from GC88VY3 coordinates and
- at minimum one cache found at least 50 km but less than 100 km from GC88VY3 coordinates and
- at minimum one cache found at least 100 km but less than 250 km from GC88VY3 coordinates and
- at minimum one cache found at least 250 km but less than 500 km from GC88VY3 coordinates and
- at minimum one cache found at least 500 km but less than 1000 km from GC88VY3 coordinates and
- at minimum one cache found at least 1000 km but less than 2500 km from GC88VY3 coordinates and
- at minimum one cache found at least 2500 km but less than 5000 km from GC88VY3 coordinates and
- at minimum one cache found at least 5000 km but less than 7500 km from GC88VY3 coordinates and
- at minimum one cache found at least 7500 km from GC88VY3 coordinates.

Please take the published coordinates instead of fixed coords in case I need to move the cache before publication.

I'm very sorry, I overlooked these criteria to be not allowed. What about a challenge requiring a specific number of cache types per cache owner, would that be allowed?

Looking at "These cache page elements: cache titles, cache owner, GC Codes, publishing Reviewer, or cache page text." I expect it will not be. Can you confirm?
