I wanted to publish a Challenge Cache and I need your help because you need a Challengechecker.
Project GC has recently been offering a tool "360 From Home" in the toolbar.
Could you help me get the link for the checker?
And what else needs to be done to comply with the guidelines.

360 degree challenges are no longer allowed, under guideline 10:

Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). For example, user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc.

Additionally, 360 degrees from home coordinates would especially not be allowed, since that would cause privacy issues.
