i need a checker for this challenge

The are 5 categories:
- Giga-Events
- Mega-Events
- Cito-Events
- "Standart" Events
- foreign countries, where any kind of events are.visited

To validate the challenge it is mandatory to have:
Not less then 5 counts in one of the categories
Not less then 4 counts in an other category
Not less then 3 counts in an other category
Not less then 2 counts in an other category
Not less then 1 count in the last category

Examples:
5 Events, 4 Cito, Events (any kind) in 3 foreign countries, 2 Mega, 1 Giga. is okay
10 Cito, 8 Events, 4 Mega, 4 Giga, Events (any kind) in 4 foreign country. is okay
100 Events, 20 Cito, Events in 5 foreign countries, 1 Giga, 1 Mega. is not okay

I fulfil the challenge: 145 Events, 5 Mega Events, 5 CITO, Events (any kind) in 5 foreign countries (Denmark, Great Britain, USA, Netherlands, Spain), 2 Giga Events

Before we spend time to make a checker (script) we like to know from your reviewer if he would publish this challenge.

As far as we know, a challenge were you need to visit Giga-Events, is not acceptable
