Re: GC7D32D - Oldest caches

I realize I cannot have a checker based on GC CODE - but I would like to simulate it by using hidden dates.

GC codes went from the 6 char format to the current 7 char format sometime in December 2006

I am not sure when they went from GCXX to GCXXX - but I am looking for 4 checkers - with 5 / 50 / 100 / 500 caches respectively:

GC7D32D - for GCXX - from 05/2000 to ??/??/????
GC7D32M - for GCXXX - from ??/??/???? to ??/??/????
GC7D32P- for GCXXXX - from ??/??/???? to 12/??/2006
GC7D32W - for GCXXXXX - from 12/??/2006 to present

I am afraid that your theory is not working.
For example the dates on the GCXX ,GCXXX and GCXXXX are mixed and not generated automatically.
(GC only started with this on 2005-07-28)

On the small list, which I randomly made, you can see what the problem is

The switchover dates seem to be:
27/12/2000
10/07/2001
15/12/2006

In all three cases, I see caches with GC codes in both formats hidden on the same date. Do you wish these dates to count for the older, newer or both GC formats?

I realize the dates may not be a perfect solution - people can put whatever date for hidden date that they want - but this sounds good enough: (using DD/MM/YYYY format):

GC7D32D - for GCXX - from 01/05/2000 to 27/12/2000
GC7D32M - for GCXXX - from 27/12/2000 to 10/07/2006
GC7D32P- for GCXXXX - from 10/07/2006 to 15/12/2006
GC7D32W - for GCXXXXX - from 15/12/2006 to present

I have change the date from 10/07/2006 to 10/07/2001 but you might have a problem with the quantity because there is a limited amount of caches still available in your area

Please change the limit to 10 for GC7D32M
