[Resolved] Revised checker for GC7EARX

The cache was rejected by the reviewers because the requirements were too similar to a nearby cache. Thus, I need a new checker for the following revised requirements:

All these four requirements should be fulfilled to log the cache:

1) In the D/T matrix, at least one find for each T value for the line with D=5

2) In the D/T matrix, at least one find for each D value for column with T = 4

3) In the D/T matrix, the sum for the line with D=5 should be at least 20

4) In the D/T matrix, the sum for the column with T=4 should be at least 20
