[Resolved] Checker for GC7TY4J Oldest Active Cache

Please prepare a Challenger Checker for the Oldest Active cache in each state/region/country. This challenge is NOT limited to the United States caches and includes District of Columbia as a region.

I have already prepared a checker for olderst caches from a specified region.

When you are ready, please, give the gccode and all requirements needed to qualify the challenge.

Archived caches may be a problem. I think that any older archived cache than the oldest active one must be passed.

The GC code is in the subject line: GC7TY4J. In order to log this cache the cacher must have found five oldest active caches in a five states they have visited and logged a cache. The District of Columbia is eligible but if other countries present a problem, I will make note in description.

It should be the same as GC7QGCD/35934.
