Geocachers must have 50 or more wherigo finds to qualify

output:

the blue challenge completed logo and a statement of how many out of the 50 they have found.

for example: you have not qualified you have 34 of the 50 wherigo finds needed

or

You have qualified - you have 127 of the 50 wherigo finds needed

One condition, yes, but nothing to do with regions. The script you're referring to deals with checks for regions.

I just used that as a sample for the logo. I just want the blue logo and the text output from my checker to show across the bottom.

Can't that logo be used for any checker and just add the bottom text specific to the particular challenge?

That logo is only used by that one script writer. It could be included in other scripts, but more script writers will have to make changes then. In my opinion that logo is a bit too big and I prefer shorter logs.
