I would like to have a checker for a 9x9 Challenge - The mixed Matrix

The checker will be similar to this one:
https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC7FMAG/30562
but uses Webcam Caches instead of favorite points.

So, the challenge is to fill the whole 81 Matrix with 9 different cache types, where each cache type must be used 9 times and each D/T combination only once.

The following 9 types shall be used:
- Traditional
- Mysteries
- Multis
- Virtuals
- Letterboxes
- Earth Caches
- Event caches, including all types, i.e. regular events, CITOs, Megas or Gigas
- Wherigo caches
- Webcam Caches

Please let us know if you have any feedback/suggestions. I should note that cachers have reported problems in getting this type of challenge published due to the events requirement (I assume because events now must have a difficulty of 1). So, that part may have to be changed, depending on what your reviewer says.

The checker seems to work correctly. Half a dozen cachers in my area meet the requirements, another 10 are really close.
Based on the output for one of them, I checked with all nine events in the D1 row and manually adjusting the remaining combinations... with success. So even in case of only D1 events, it is possible to meet the challenge.

I think it's time to finally put the container out there and send the listing to the reviewer.
