Need a checker for the 2010 (7th edition) Publication of Delorme Map Challenge

You have to created a configuration for the map

that has to be created for each atlas page
the format is

There might be a complication what datum is used on the delorme maps? WGS84, NAD23, NAD83
I have no idea since they are not online.
If the coordinates for the corners are not in WGS84 they have to be converet to be correct

If I understand you correctly, I have to create the coordinate table for this checker to proceed to the next step. Do I understand correctly?
How carefully do the state lines along a river have to e created. Does the checker first filter by state and then Delorme map coordinates? I hope to avoid the detail along the curvy borders.

Yes the script can filter the States boundaries
