Re: Latvian challenge cache

{Please pardon my English}
I'd need a checker for a challenge cache that rates finds by region (not county)
Parameters:
1) At least 50 caches in Latgale must be found
2) All cache types, except events, count
3) No owned cache finds/duplicate logs
4*) Whether this challenge cache counts is up to the programmer (just warn me) :D

Is there anything else from me needed?

None of those are findable there anyway :)
