Hello!

Need a checker and i can´t do it by myself, and need help.

It is to cache GC6PTQX Challenge - 100 founds i 10 counties in Sweden.
There is an existing checker (http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC6JE22/20680)
But it is just for counties in southern Sweden (Skåne).
I want one that checks all counties in Sweden.

Yes, i fulfil the challenge myself :-)

I hope that´s ok and not hard to fix.
