Re: GC87AW5 / 10:1 Challenge; 10 Countries - 10 to 1 Cachtype

I'd like to creaate a 10 to 1 Challenge, that means, a geocacher needs one country with 10 different geocaching-types, one country with at least 9 different geocaching-types, a third country with 8 different geocaching-types, and so on until a tenth country with at least one geocaching-type.

Or sayed in other words: Those who want to get this challenge, have to finde one cachetype in 10 different countries, a second cachetype at least in 9 countries, a third cachetype in at least 8 countries, a fourth cachetype in at least 7 countries, and so on.. until at least 1 cachetype in one country.

Your two paragraphs are two very different challenges. Which one do you mean?

Example: In Brazil my three cache types could be Virtual Cache, Earthcache and Project APE cache. That is an "eighth country with at least three geocache types" (your first paragraph). But asking me to find a Project APE cache in three different countries is not possible (your second paragraph).

France: 5 cachetypes
Monaco: 4 cachetypes
Poland: 3 cachetypes
Czechia: 2 cachetypes
Australia, Netherlands, USA, Luxembourg: 1 Cachetype

So you want both conditions to be fulfilled, then?

Remember, there are 20 different cache types (and that Lab Caches can't be used for challenge caches). Not everyone's statistics will look like what you posted.

In any event, I will go back to reviewing new caches here in the USA, and leave you in the capable hands of the checker writers.

It is a Challenge-Cache like this one GC7QJW0 - but with 10 Countries and 10 Cachtypes.
Even WITHOUT Labcaches it is possible to fulfill this challenge (Tradi, Multi, Mystery, Earthcache, Letterbox, Wherigo, Virtual, Webcam, Event, Mega-Event, Cito-Event. This are 11 cachetypes to choose.

It doesn't matter, if you have 10 different cachetypes in Country A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I and J and you have than 9 different cachetypes in country B, D, E, F, G, H, I, K, L, M.

If your checker can show the countries and cachtypes that will be very very very nice. If you have time and the desire to do that, it will be great... ;-)
