Re: GC40JBB The 00.000 Challenge cache

Wow you checker volunteers are great! So here is another from my signed list that is really hard to determine if you qualify, also really hard to figure out will help if I find it.

From description:
Two caches you need to find *must* have a given latitude, or a given longitude, which has minutes (the digits after the degree integer) that read exactly 00.000. Examples would be N 34 00.000, or E 111 00.000.

It is not necessary that both latitude and longitude of a given cache have minutes of 00.000; one or the other is all that is necessary. That being said, if you *do* have a Find at a degree confluence, you cannot use it twice. We *did* say "two different caches".

This one looks great it. I have none sad smiley so used a few previous finders and follows the rules.
