We will change the goal :
The geocacher must have found 1 cache in Europe and 80 caches every where in the world but not in Europe and the distance from cache to cache for all the caches found by the geocacher must be greater than 40 000 km.

But the locations is not the problem the cache to cache distance is not available in the multiple test scripts that is why a script extension is required
