Got no from the norwegians reviewers when 29 february are included. If that day was excluded they will publish the challenge.

Checker changed to leapday allowed, but this is strange because in other countries the hidden day 29th of february is included.

I have sent the reviewer a reviewer note, i hope they will consider allowing the leap day also. I will report back when they answer

If the reviewer says no. It should be appealed. The prohibition on Feb 29 is only applicable to the dates found matrix because a cacher might have to wait more than a year, possibly four, to complete the challenge. The prohibition doesn't apply to the dates hidden matrix, because plenty of caches hidden on Feb 29 (of some year) are already in existence. As such, a cacher doesn't need to wait a year or four to complete the challenge.

By the way, my cache GC6W9KR, with the identical challenge, is published.

Sent a appeal to the HQ and recieved this today:

Question: could i have the checker changed again. I think now the checker have 29 of february as checked no mather what. I hope vogelbird can update the checker.
