I'd like to place a challenge cache with the following requirements:
The cacher must have found 55 caches in each of the years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005.

Odd that they still allow Jasmer challenges, I don't see how that is much different.
Would a challenge requiring finding the oldest in 5 different countries be allowed?

Yes that is allowed provided that an older archived cache will also count

That's great - thanks so much! I am curious about something though - when I run the checker for myself it shows I have "5 of the 5 needed" however when I run the checker for a similar challenge GC82G2N it shows I have "7 of the 1 needed". Do you know why this could be? The checker above doesn't seem to be picking up the caches I found in Montenegro (GC109GH) and Panama (GC6CD)

Debug output of the checker may explain what happened.
The checker also compares GC-codes when caches are from the same date. There is only one oldest cache in each region.

Panama: GC6CD6,2002-06-14 ≠ GC6CD0,2002-06-14
Montenegro: GC109GH,2007-01-14 ≠ GC1095F,2007-01-14

Interesting how it shows up differently on the checkers. I remember being somewhere were there were two placed on the same date and wasn't sure how it could be determined which was the oldest!

One last question, when I click the link for the checker it brings me to the checker page. On the right there is a link that says "link" and has 3 examples of ways to link to the cache page. I chose #3 (the recommended one) but when I copy and paste the script it is just showing like a script, rather than the nice checker box. Any idea how I can get the box onto the cache page?
