Re: Improved checker request for GC1F8Z1

This is a grandfathered challenge which has a "found after" requirement. The existing checker doesn't take that into account; there's a tag comment saying 'I cannot get the Visit Date criteria of "found on or after 2008-08-15" to work correctly, so please verify manually for now.'.

The challenge is to find a cache in each of 15 elevation ranges: 0-500 feet, 501-1000 feet, ..., 7001-7500 feet. All finds must be on or after 8/15/2008.

The cache has been archived, but a checker would still be useful for people like me who signed the log years ago.
