Removed. I'm still not sure what the issue with perceived art in checkers is. So if he got a text based checker for those 3 types against the given difficulties it would have been allowed? I had one that did that and I couldn't explain it either. Used the orange self-support button to refresh the cache on PGC and the problem went away. Entirely possible that it could have been something else as well, but it's worth a try?by pieterix - Miscellaneous

Enabled again. The only reasons why a checker would be disabled like that are if a challenge cache is not a mystery type or if the word challenge is not in the title, but your challenge cache passes both those tests. I've submitted a self-support option for your GC code so let's see what happens. Thanks for the notification @vogelbird. It appears my script only catered for countries where caches have a region AND county. In the case of Hong Kong there appears to be no counties, only regions.
