If the config has been adjusted, I think that is good enough. When the checker was first made, the time out was an issue with cachers with a lot of finds and I think that is just too tricky to work around. Feel free to archive.by RubyShoos - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
The cachers that identified the issue are qrang. They have finds in South Georgia and the Sandwich Islands. They also have a lot of finds. I just tried running their name through and it timed out.by RubyShoos - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

Thank you very much for looking at this for me. The reason for the change is that reviewers feel that it is not publishable in its current form, so keeping it as it is, is not possible. The criteria is find 25 caches with the challenge attribute placed in each of ten years between 2008 - 2025.
