Unfortunately "town" is too specific a region to require finds in. The best we can do is the county the town is in, or, for regions that don't use counties, the region. For example the best we can do for Sapporo, Japan is the prefecture of Hokkaido. In addition, please clarify how this challenge works. Do you need one find for every town? I think that the term "lonely cache" captures all challenges that relate to finding caches that have not been found in some time. It is still a "competition"; if one person beats another by one day, the second player loses out on the loneliness points of that cache. Hence that would also unfortunately not be publishable. This causes an error in GentlePurpleRain's "Number of caches with word in the title." (https://project-gc.com/Tools/Challenges?edit&addTag&scriptId=613). On line 146, the script concatenates cache.owner_id to a string. This fails if owner_id is nil. It looks like GentlePurpleRain hasn't logged in recently.
