The issue is the “within the Shire boundary” part. As per the Guidelines, QuoteChallenge Cache Guidelines Specifying any element of a cache page (type, rating, etc.) or find count (above one per day) required during a streak. The location of the cache, ie. “within the Shire” would be an element of the cache page. It was only the last point that I was trying to bring to your attention. However it was easiest to just copy the whole page. 1. My concern was the third rule on the cache page. QuoteYou can use no more than 5 states from a single series. That's not something that the checker can check for. The checker could pick all fifty from a single series, and then there will be no way to convince the checker to list alternatives. It takes a human to "know" if something is a series, or not.
