I created a very basic checker for this challenge: https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC41CYZ/51656 There are several problems with using a checker to see if you qualify, however. One is that the number of possible qualifying words is essentially limitless, if the only stipulation is that the word must "convey a direction." However, you can't just check for caches where North,by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Yes, I am saying that it is not possible to create a checker that determines if you have found those four caches, to the best of my knowledge.by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
If I understand your challenge correctly, then I unfortunately do not think a checker is possible, since that information is not available for use in challenge checkers.by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
You would have to contact the tagger of the script (Target.). Otherwise, someone else would have to re-tag the script with the new date.by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
If you don't qualify for the challenge, you can refer to the "Original output (by sloth96)" section. You'll see a list of entries in this format: Virtual Cache Earthcache Letterbox Hybrid set needs to have 27 unique D/T squares and does not. In other words, if I add up the unique D/T combinations I have found among virtuals, letterboxes, and EarthCaches, that should be aby Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Here is a checker for you to test: https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC7Q9TJ/44878 Please reply if you have any feedback/suggestions. Also, if that works for you, then perhaps a moderator could disable the other two checkers?by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I don't think belt challenges are acceptable. See, for example: https://project-gc.com/forum/read?10,21359,21359 https://project-gc.com/forum/read?11,14744,14745by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
First of all, does this only apply to U.S. states? Secondly, there is no way to determine what state a user is from. It might be possible to modify an existing script to exclude the state in which a user has the most finds, but then you might run into problems if someone does not live in the U.S. I believe that Hawaii has five counties, but one of them does not have any geocaches. So, you woulby Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Seems like you already used this for GC8BTJQ? If I may make a suggestion, it would be easier if you put all of your requests in a single post. Or, at the very least, try to post them in groups.by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I added some special character exemptions to the checker. Tried it out on some previous finders of the cache, and it seems to work ok. Though, surprisingly, ed-don still does not seem to qualify.by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Here is a checker for the challenge: https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC5EV36/44388 It says that you do not qualify, though it seems from your note on the cache page that you already knew that. Also, I believe that this should have gone in the "Checker requests" forum.by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Are you saying that you have to have a cache from outside Germany in your top 10 highest and lowest finds? If so, that appears to violate guideline 14 (see sumbloke's log above). Say, for example, that my 9 highest finds are in Germany, while my 10th highest find is not. Then, I find a new highest find in Germany. This knocks the cache not in Germany out of my top 10 and punishes me for findby Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Since the challenge involves finding azcampbell caches, it makes sense that the checker says that azcampbell does not qualify, since that would involve logging one's own caches. The caches that do show up are ones that azcampbell found and then adopted. The caches listed in azcampbell's log are ones that their son has been to (at least, I assume it is their son).by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

Here you go: https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC83HTN/43996 I just split the conditions in pieterix's tag off from the multiple test checker. Please let us know if that looks ok. If so, then the tags by pieterix and vogelbird should probably be removed to avoid any confusion. Also, since the cache appears to have already published, I assume you are planning to update the description?by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

In my opinion, I don't think the grid is going to happen. The regions part might happen, but could take a while. So, I would suggest that you go ahead and submit the challenge with the current checker.by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Unfortunately, I don't think it is possible to create a checker for these types of challenges.by Oneforfortytwo - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
I thought you might ask something along the lines of #2. The changes have been made. I made the messages a little more generic in case the script is tagged in the future. The challenge is just to spend 50% of your available favorite points. In my script, I manually calculate a user's total favorite points based on their number of finds. Then, I use GetFPDetailsForUser to determine how many favorite points one has used. While testing the checker, however, I noticed that the results are not up-to-date for some users. So, I thought I would check and see if theby Oneforfortytwo - Checker news
I am attempting to create a new checker for the one challenge that this change affected. I am using the GetFPDetailsForUser method. It seems to work, but does not seem to be up to date for all users. For one user, it doesn't seem to capture the entire last month, during which they handed out many favorite points. So, I was wondering if this method will continue to remain in the API and if thby Oneforfortytwo - Checker news
