(I am not sure how to access the outside the US city names but apparently those can be done somehow.) Wikipedia has a list of Uby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Nope. But I am not sure what script this uses. Can you provide the checker link? My guess is that everything on the same date is treated the same.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Is the list above complete? American Samoa and a few others may meet the US territories definition but not be in the list.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
My first instinct is that this would be a no go under the thought that it motivates you to not cache in one county. So this seems like it would fall under possible but prohibited. You may want to check with the local reviewer.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)

@Pleu Has there been a change to the February 22, 2017 guidance the Leprechauns provided above? As the guidance seemed clear, there did not seem to be a reason to question it. My earlier post was merely to announce that compliant data had been found.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
The census file only defines connections between counties. it has nothing to do with which county a cache is in. @vogelbird please check your e-mail before responding.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
The Census bureau probably should be considered authoritative over OSM.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
The US Census Bureau has available on their website a county adjacency file. The file is available online at https://www.census.gov/geographies/reference-files/2010/geo/county-adjacency.html This could be translated into a JSON. Based on the description of the file it includes water boundaries. Things that people have wanted include San Juan WA is connected to other mainland counties. There is a quick proof of concept. There is still much to discuss. How do we handle the set versus unset? Can we used the same cache more than once? Can I find a better script to prototype from? https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9BY3G/61038 (https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=sloth96) has used (https://project-gc.com/Challenges//61038 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to seby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
I like the idea. Have you run it past your reviewer?by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Lab caches are explicitly excluded in the guidelines. Please check https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=127&pgid=206 and look at 10. Sources of Criteria.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

Vogelbird is spot on. The math is as he says. So 28*0.8=22.4 rounded up to 23.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

Good luck with the reviewer. When your challenge publishes it should show up on the map as well as a reference. It will just show as a mystery cache.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Honestly, I copied your tag blindly. I will need to take a look. Yes output is in meters.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
That site is giving me security problems at the moment. So I am holding off. If you have time, you can help reformat some of the data for upload. It is not hard to do, just tedious. Let me know if you are so motivated.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

I believe the checker now complies with the conditions of the cache. I am trying to figure out how to include the formatting in a clean reusable fashion. As there are already problems comprehending it, it seems a bit messy already. The update shows only caches that would count to the total. Your owned caches and archived caches are trimmed from the list. This seems consistent with the lanby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
