Here you go: http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC6JJRH/20848 I originally had the output include the cache name, but it cut the output short so I removed that.by sumbloke - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Here's JSON definition of all the counties, so you only have to work on the mappings: https://www.dropbox.com/s/r9qxdnf5eyjy7c2/US%20counties%20JSON.txt?dl=0 I suspect Target's script design would be able to ignore any counties without connections defined, so you would be able to define connections for a subset to test. If not, you should be able to just remove the disconnected coby sumbloke - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
The script checker system can obtain your join date, so a checker could confirm after you've logged a find whether that find was valid, however it wouldn't be able to tell you before you log whether or not you qualify (since you wouldn't be in either state until you logged it).by sumbloke - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Sorry, I should have tested the change, which would have let me find the typo. I've fixed them now and for you it comes up with 37 counties (it was coming up with 42 when I had it covering the entire UK)by sumbloke - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Sorry, I was in a bit of a hurry. I've corrected them now.by sumbloke - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

It's a mystery cache, from before the close to the actual coordinates rule came in (its listed coordinates are on the opposite side of the Earth to where it is, so it shows as the bottom of the Pacific Ocean). GC3TMG7by sumbloke - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Just nitpicking, but -1000 might not be the correct limit. I have a find that is officially at -5123m, which shows in the PGC stats but doesn't come up in your checker.by sumbloke - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I created some tags for some new challenges on request by the owner. I created them without GC codes because he hadn't supplied them at the time. He's since given me the GC codes and I tried to edit them into the tags, but they don't seem to stay. Is this simply because the caches haven't been published yet, or is there a deeper bug?by sumbloke - Script development
That should definitely be possible. Just post the coordinates and GC code with the full details of the challenge once you've got it decided. It looks like all the 360 degree challenges created so far have been done with non-standard checkers, so a new script will be needed. This would mean it probably won't be an immediate response once you give the details (unless the script is writby sumbloke - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
If I understand your question correctly, the answer is no. There's no facility to provide variable inputs to a checker other than the user you wish to run it on. The question I have for you is: what exactly are you wanting the challenge to be? If you want it to be 360 degrees around the cacher's home coordinates or a cache of their choosing, it won't be possible under the currenby sumbloke - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
