Could you map it to GC9MQNM? Thanks a lot!by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Thanks, exactly what I was looking for.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Yes, that's what you get when you fulfill the challenge. Looks somewhat better, but still, not what I'd like. :)by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
What's up guys? I received a request to create a checker to check if you've attended a CITO on every day of the week. I created this tag myself: https://project-gc.com/Challenges//68152, but the output is very cryptic: Vooruit! found only 5 groups of 1 or more different GCcode for the same Weekday found, but needs to find 7 such groups. Here is what is found so far: 7 6 3 1 4by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
It seems to be working already (with "Challenge cache" as attribute name).by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I think you can just use the wildcard search on the frontpage. The result table has sorting capabilities.by Vooruit! - Miscellaneous
Thanks, if I had known about that script, maybe I wouldn't have written my own. I do think mine returns a somewhat nicer layout though: https://project-gc.com/Challenges//44683. Feedback is appreciated as this is my first script. (:P)by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
As a way of getting to learn challenge scripts, I've already created a working script myself. Still, if there's a script out there that was already capable of doing it, I'm still interested. (:P)by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
As a further explanation for what I need: https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC8ACZG/43724 sort of does the trick, except that it should check for the the number of filled cells.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I've looked at the script, its documentation and its tags, but I still don't see how it could work. Could you give me a hint as for how the configuration would look like? I don't have a cache listing yet.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I'm looking for a script that counts types found in a country. Every cache type found in a different country counts as 1 point. For example, let's say I've found: a traditional, multi, mystery in the Netherlands a multi and a Wherigo in Belgium a traditional in France Then this would add up to 6 'points'. The checker then needs to check for a certain thresholdby Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
The checker seems to be working fine, I've got no complaints at all, so thanks again!by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I just found an incorrect tag: https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC6XYQ9/23802 Can someone remove it?by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
That's because: At this time, challenge caches published prior to April 21, 2015 are grandfathered into the game. See https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=127&pgid=206.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
Dat verklaart het, bedankt voor de uitleg! (tu)by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
The script seems to be quite buggy. It does not always show the caches you'll need to find to fulfill the challenge. I've made a new tag here: https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC7GBBF/30762, which checks if you fulfill for the Netherlands, region Gelderland. Try it with vogelbird for example, and you'll get this: # gccode Hiddendate Visitdate Name Type 1 GC1GA5K 2008-0by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
For me, it's not necessary. I explicitly request cachers to not paste a checker's output to their log, because it's both unnecessary these days (every challenge having a checker to verify logs anyway), and it makes for boring and long log entries.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Seems to be working great! I've put it in the cache description, and will post if any problems pop up. Thanks!by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I don't think the script is reliable in the sense you describe it, see my post above.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Yes, actually, the cacher who has the FTF: https://www.geocaching.com/seek/log.aspx?LUID=01717dca-9f25-4728-8523-b54d1181f4d4. She mentions the checker has given her 78, 80 and 81 as a result.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
The challenge cache (GC7DDXP) has been published, but I'm getting complaints on inconsistent checker results. This probably has to do with the checker needing too much CPU time to make a complete calculation. Any ideas how this could be fixed?by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Some time ago, I've made a modified version so only 25 gives a green light: https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC72JG9/25541.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Here is the GC code: GC7DDXP.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Oh, of course. Thanks, looks great. I'll have to make a new cache first, will report back. Thanks so far.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Sorry, actually, no. For example July 2015 is used twice (3.5/5 and 5/1). The goal is to use a hidden month only once.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Yes, indeed.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Is there a script out there that checks the following: fill your D/T matrix with caches, with the restriction that each cache has to be hidden in a different month?by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Are you sure this is the checker you need? Even when having found only 24 of the 25 possible type/size combinations, you fulfill the challenge.by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Awesome! So there was a checker for this kind of challenge. Thanks for the find and the tag! (tu)by Vooruit! - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
