Is there a way to look for certain caches needed for alphanumeric by cache owner challenges?

Looking for cache owner names starting with 0, 3, and X in any state.

Go to Project-GC > Dashboard > Advanced Search. Enter location (eg United States, but leave out regions so that it returns all states),  Cache owner "3", select "Starts with"

If searching the whole United States there are a number of caches to compile, the search might take a few minutes. Enter individual States for a faster responce.

Go to Geocaching.com

Play > Find a Geocache

Hidden By: Type in 0,3,X (don't click enter) and it should display the names

There is no other way I know to do this.
