Feature request : Top favorites per cache [closed]

In the "Statistics > Hide stats" menu, I's love to see a new menu item "Top favorites per cache".

There are some owners who own loads of caches with few favorites, and some who own few caches with loads of favorites (and of course great owners with tons of caches and tons of favorites...).
Ranking those owners with a high favorites percentage would be a great way to reward not only owners who hide lots of caches, but also creative owners, wouldn't it ?

That has been discussed before.
The problem is that is would not promote new hide.
